Festival of the Science (10/13-14/2007)
The Festival of the Science, a national manifestation, occured this year on the 13 and 14 of October. It was the opportunity to discover new scientific domains, and speaking with professionals! And radio meteors were honored, thanks to Jean-Louis Rault, who brought his equipment to the Camille Flammarion observatory (Juvisy, Essonne), and Vincent Plousey, who made the same in Dijon on those two days to show radio meteor detection!
Trophées Jeunesin the Cité des Sciences, Paris (10/06/2007)
Related to the 70th birthday of the Palais de la Découverte, fifteen teenagers concurred on October, Saturday 6th in the Trophées Jeunes competition. Among them a team of three young people from Deauville, conducted by René Canavarov, detected meteors with a radio receptor techniques. And their nice project was granted !
