Impossible to calculate a trajectory from those observations: the two
observers are geographically too close to. More reports would be useful.
P. Chassang :
- on February 4th, 17h45 UT, from Boisset-lès-Montrond (45°37' N ;
004°13' E)
- Fireball observed in the North direction; it appeared 5° West of
polaris with a nearly verttical trajectory slightly inclined to the West.
End at a 25° trajectory.
- Brighter than Venus
- Train and "helmet"
- Duration: 2 to 3 seconds
- Color orange
- Quite low speed
J.C. Leguillette :
- on February 4th, 17h45 UT, from Veauche (45°34' N ; 004°17' E)
- Fireball observed in the North direction, observed through the
windscreen of a vehicle. Vertical fall which ended 20-30° above the
horizon.
- Brighter than Venus
- Short train
- Duration: 2 to 3 seconds
- Color yellow
- The report wasn't wrote by the observer
