Impossible to determine a trajectory of the fireball as most of the
reports aren't precise enough.
R. Weiss, Radar69 (Webastro) :
- on January 25th, 22h11 UT, from Poliez-le-Grand (Switzerland) (46°38' N
; 006°40' E)
- Beginning of the trajectory at a 50° height, and then maskled by
obstacles at a 20° height. inclined trajectory (40° with the horizon),
the object going from the right to the left of the observer. The end of
the trajectory appeared at a 60° (ENE) azimut.
- beginning : Az. = 94° ; H. = 50°
- end : Az. = 70° ; H. = 20°
- Brighter than Venus
- Duration: 3 to 4 seconds
- Color white/green, yellow and blue glints
- Consequent speed (between 5 and 10° per second)
- No persistant train (may be due to dazzling), no fragmentation
- The object light up the sky : clouds and trees appeared in Chinese
shadows.
freemind (Webastro) :
- on January 25th, around 22h30 UT, from Schirmeck (48°29' N ; 007°13'
E)
- The object disappeared 10° above the horizon in South-South-East
direction (only the end of the trajectory was observed)
- Low speed
- Nearly no train
- Color yellowish
- Fragmentation

- on January 25th, around 22h13 UT, from Labaroche (48°07' N ; 007°12'
E)
- Red and orange train
- Duration: 3 seconds
- Low speed
titus67 (Spica) :
- from Kilstett (48°40' N ; 007°21' E)
- Directing the Black Forest
